You can watch HiNet's broadcast online here. You can only see it on Internet Explorer and must have the latest version of Windows Media Player. The page may ask you to add an update for Windows Media Player in Chinese. It will take less than a minute to download and install.

HiNet's schedule can be found here. They will be airing all disciplines of gymnastics in the World Games. But be aware that all times are listed in GMT +8 timezone, so you may have to wake up early to see some of these events.
